About Me
Sales Specialist at SYZ Machine in Shanghai. For the last three years I have been the person between buyers like you and the machines in Ningbo — reading drawings, chasing engineering, quoting prices and making sure the parts that land on your dock are the parts you ordered.
Who you are talking to
I joined SYZ Machine three years ago and have worked export sales ever since. My days are spent on drawings, thread specifications, material questions and delivery schedules for buyers in North America, Europe and Australia.
I sit close to the engineering and QC side of the business, which means when you ask me something technical I go and find the answer rather than guessing. And because I am the one who placed the order internally, I know exactly where it stands when you ask.
I speak English and Chinese, I work Shanghai hours (GMT+8), and I answer emails personally — the address at the top of this page comes to me and nobody else.
How I Work
Plenty of suppliers can sell you a rod end. Fewer will tell you honestly when a cheaper material will fail, or when a lead time is about to slip. That is the part I take seriously.
No shared inbox, no ticket queue, no automated first reply. Your message reaches me and I reply — normally the same working day, always within 24 hours.
When your question is technical, I take it to the engineers who run the machines. That is why I can give you a real tolerance, a real material recommendation and a real lead time.
If a part is being pushed beyond its load rating, if a surface finish will not survive salt water, or if a delivery date is unrealistic — I say so before you order, not after.
Weekly production photos and progress updates, mid-production CMM records, and a final QC pack before dispatch. You should never have to ask "where is my order?"
Custom moulds and fixtures are stored securely, so your repeat order runs on the same tooling instead of being re-engineered from scratch.
I have walked the Ningbo floor and the Jiangsu bases. When you ask what equipment runs your part, I can tell you the machine, not a marketing sentence.
Getting Started
You do not need a perfect package. Send whatever you have and I will come back with the questions that are still open — that is faster than you trying to guess the format.
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF blueprint, or a photo of the part you need matched.
Both help — I will tell you where the price breaks are.
Vehicle type, load, salt or mud exposure, temperature. This decides material and coating.
So the quote includes the right shipping mode and a date you can plan against.
Coverage
Different markets, different requirements. Tell me which one you are and I will adjust how I quote and what documentation I send.
Drawing-driven production, PPAP-style documentation, repeat batch quality control.
Private-label rod ends and arms with laser engraving and custom packaging.
Mixed containers, barcoded labels, scheduled releases and stock programmes.
Stainless and corrosion-rated linkage parts for wind, marine, agricultural and automation equipment.
Say Hello
Even if you are not ready to order, I am happy to look at a drawing, tell you what it should cost and how long it should take. No obligation, no pressure.
